1. About Us

Moriko is a brand of NUTRINNOVA VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, operating as a licensed manufacturer of liquid nutraceuticals under FSSAI Central Licence No. 11526996000428.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.moriko.in and all related services ("Services"). By using the Services, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services and place orders. By using the Services, you confirm you meet this requirement. Parental or guardian consent is required for any minor using the Services under your supervision.

3. Our Products

Moriko manufactures and sells liquid nutraceuticals (food supplements under FSSAI Category 13.6), including products containing Curcumin, Ashwagandha, and Moringa with permitted additives.

All products are manufactured at our FSSAI-licensed facility at S.No. 196, Pawarwadi, Chandantekdi, Purandhar, Pune - 412301, Maharashtra, in compliance with the Food Safety and Standards (Health Supplements, Nutraceuticals, Food for Special Dietary Use, Food for Special Medical Purpose, Functional Food and Novel Food) Regulations, 2022 ("FSS Nutraceuticals Regulations, 2022").

Product descriptions, images, and information are for reference only. Colours and appearance may vary from on-screen display. All product descriptions are subject to change without notice.

4. Ordering

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Moriko reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Acceptance occurs only upon order confirmation and successful payment processing.

Review your order carefully before submission. Orders may not be cancellable after acceptance. Purchases are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy and are for personal or household use only, not for commercial resale.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement applies, as confirmed in your order email.

Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Promotional pricing is governed by separate terms. You authorise Moriko to charge your selected payment method for the total order value.

6. Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services including the Moriko brand name, logo, product names, designs, images, text, and videos is owned by NUTRINNOVA VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and is protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Copyright Act, 1957, and other applicable Indian IP laws. Unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

8. Third-Party Services

Our online store is powered by Shopify. All sales are directly between you and Moriko; Shopify is not a party to any transaction. The Services may link to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their content, security, or practices.

9. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual property rights, to transmit false or harmful information, to scrape or harvest data, to impersonate any person, or to introduce malware. Violation may result in immediate account termination.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE INDIAN LAW. MORIKO DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE ACCESS TO THE SERVICES.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE INDIAN LAW, MORIKO AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NUTRINNOVA VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your use of the Services.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

14. Changes to Terms
