3. No Disease Claims

Any statements made on this website, packaging, or marketing materials regarding Moriko products have not been evaluated as disease claims by FSSAI or any other regulatory authority. All product claims relate solely to the established nutritional functions of permitted food supplement ingredients as recognised under FSSAI regulations.

4. Nutrient Content & RDA

All Moriko products are formulated with nutrient levels within the maximum permissible limits (not exceeding 1x Recommended Dietary Allowance as per ICMR guidelines) prescribed under the FSS Nutraceuticals Regulations, 2022. Nutrient content is declared on each product label.

5. Individual Results

Results from consuming Moriko products may vary from person to person. No specific results are guaranteed. Factors including age, health status, diet, lifestyle, and individual metabolism affect how any individual responds to food supplements.

6. Consult a Healthcare Professional

Before consuming any Moriko product, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified physician or registered healthcare professional if you:

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Are under the age of 18 years.
• Have a pre-existing or diagnosed medical condition.
• Are taking any prescription or over-the-counter medication.
• Have known allergies to any ingredient listed on the product label.
• Have recently undergone or are planning any medical procedure or surgery.

7. Specific Product Ingredients

Our current product range includes liquid nutraceuticals containing Curcumin, Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), and Moringa (Moringa oleifera) with permitted food additives. Note:

• Curcumin (from Turmeric): May interact with blood-thinning medications and should be used with caution by individuals with gallbladder conditions or those scheduled for surgery.
• Ashwagandha: May interact with thyroid medications, immunosuppressants, and sedatives. Not recommended during pregnancy.
• Moringa: May have hypoglycaemic effects; persons on diabetes medication should consult a physician before use.

8. Adverse Reactions
