Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of successful payment. Orders are not processed on weekends or Indian public holidays. During high-demand periods (festive seasons, sale events), processing may take up to 5 business days; we will communicate any significant delays.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2-5 business days.
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4-7 business days.
  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas: 7-12 business days.

These are estimates only. Moriko is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, natural disasters, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Once the order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

3. Shipping Charges

Charges are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and volume. Free shipping thresholds, if applicable, are communicated on the website. Additional surcharges may apply for remote areas or oversized orders.

4. Shipping Locations

We ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time. If your pin code is unserviceable, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email once your order is dispatched (where available from the carrier). Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to activate. Track your shipment directly on the carrier's website using the provided number.

6. Incorrect Address

You are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Moriko is not liable for delays, losses, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect address information. Contact moriko.wellness@gmail.com immediately if you need to correct an address; we cannot guarantee changes once dispatch has occurred.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost:

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the parcel, first contact the carrier. If unresolved, email moriko.wellness@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number. We will investigate and assist where possible.

Damaged:

Photograph the outer packaging and all product(s) immediately. Email the photos and your order number to moriko.wellness@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will respond within 3-5 business days in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. Product Integrity (FSSAI Requirement)

Moriko liquid nutraceuticals are sensitive to temperature, humidity, and light. All orders are packed with appropriate protective materials. If you receive a package showing signs of tampering, heat damage, or contamination, do not consume the product. Contact us immediately with photographs; we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or refused delivery, we will notify you. Re-shipment is at your expense. Refunds for returned-to-sender packages are processed per our Refund & Returns Policy.
